UNLOCK AT ISLAND LV3
PvP Attack Mechanism: This feature enhances user interaction and adds excitement to the game. After collecting resources and upgrading their islands, the pirate cats will venture out to the open sea to plunder resources.
When users upgrade their island
To Lv3: Unlock Gun
To Lv5: Unlock Canon
When User A attacks User B, a portion of the GolD mined by User B will be lost. This lost GolD is split into two parts:
50% of the lost GolD is burned (permanently removed from the game).
50% of the lost GolD is transferred to User A's wallet.
The distribution of GolD depends on the type of weapon User A possesses, specifically whether they are using a GUN or a CANNON, and the level of the island
At this point, users can search for other opponents to attack. After attacking, they will receive rewards from the opponent's treasury.
30% Reward, Earn 15%, burn 15%
60% Reward, Earn 30%, burn 30%
This means that:
GUN:
Unlocked at Island Level 3:
When User A attacks with a GUN, 30% of the mined GolD from User B is affected.
Of this 30%:
15% is earned by User A.
15% is burned.
Island Level 4:
When User A attacks with a GUN, 30% of the mined GolD from User B is affected.
Of this 30%:
15% is earned by User A.
15% is burned.
CANNON:
Island Level 5:
When User A attacks with a CANNON, 60% of the mined GolD from User B is affected.
Of this 60%:
30% is earned by User A.
30% is burned.
Each shot consumes one firing turn. At levels 3 and 4, users receive 12 shots per day. At level 5, users receive up to 24 shots per day. Additional shots can be earned through the Daily Spin.
Additionally, after being attacked, the player's island will be in a "burning" state, during which the amount of resources earned will be reduced according to the table below.

In Piratopia, it is imperative for players to maintain a balance between offensive engagements and the upkeep of their own islands. Should players become excessively focused on attacking others and fail to perform timely repairs and upgrades on their islands, they face a significant risk of increased vulnerability and potential destruction.
This version maintains a professional tone and aligns with the style typically found in comprehensive documentation like GitBook.
Piratopia features a retaliation mechanism that empowers players to respond to attacks from other pirate cats. This dynamic system enhances gameplay by allowing players to seek retribution against those who have targeted their islands, adding a layer of strategy and engagement.
When User A is attacked by User B, the following steps outline the retaliation process:
Attack History: Upon being attacked, User B will be recorded in User A's attack history list.
Revenge Option: User A can select the "Revenge" option from their history list to launch a counter-attack against User B.
Retaliation Fee: Initiating a revenge attack requires a fee of 100 GolD.
This retaliation mechanism not only provides an avenue for players to defend their honor but also introduces an element of vigilance, as players must remain aware of potential threats and opportunities for retribution.
Level-Based Matching: When searching for opponents, the system will match you with users whose islands are either at the same level or one level lower than your own. This ensures a balanced and competitive environment.
List of Opponents: You will receive a list of five different opponents from which you can choose your target

Piratopia offers a robust defensive mechanism for players who prefer a more defensive strategy to protect their islands from attackers.
Automatic Activation: The Shield automatically activates upon an attack and remains active for 1 hour.
Attack Impact: If you initiate an attack while your Shield is active, the Shield will be deactivated.
Damage Absorption: When active, the Shield absorbs 50% of the incoming attack power, significantly reducing the damage to your island.
Daily Spin: Shields can be acquired by opening the Treasury in the Daily Spin, providing an additional layer of defense for your island.
Hidden Elements: In PvP Mode, both the Shield and Storage are hidden from potential attackers, with only the island level being visible.
Telescope Usage: However, if the attacker utilizes a Telescope, they will gain visibility into the Shield and Storage status, potentially altering their attack strategy.
This defensive mechanism allows players to strategically manage their defenses and provides an opportunity to mitigate damage from incoming attacks.
